It was announced that Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (NYSE:$CIE) has brought Paul Keglevic to the Board of Directors, and he will also be a part of the Audit Committee. His term started November 21, 2017, and will expire at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
With over 40 years of experience with public companies ranging from various industry sectors, Keglevic has been an active member on several boards, including his current position as Chief Executive Officer of Energy Future Holdings Corp., as well as board member position with the Stellus Capital Investment Corporation (NYSE:$SCM). Keglevic received a B.S in accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a certified public accountant.
With the decision from the Compensation Committee of the Board to compensate non-employee directors in cash, it has been agreed that Keglevic will receive aggregate compensation of $275,000, which will be paid quarterly in advance.
