Blue Water, an outdoor hospitality specialist based in Ocean City, Maryland, continues its rapid expansion by partnering with Torres Capital to assume operation of Rising River RV Resort & River House in Roseburg, Oregon.
This lovely property on the South Umpqua River in rural Oregon is situated on an ideal 1,100 feet of riverfront. At Rising River RV Resort & River House, guests can partake in riverfront activities such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, and tubing. This resort has everything for everyone, including proximity to world-class wines, hiking and gorgeous waterfalls, Crater Lake, the Oregon Coast, many casinos, and the Wildlife Safari.

Over half of the 91 pet-friendly campsites are available for monthly or extended visits. The RV sites have full hookups, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable television. The resort features a modern laundry facility, a recreation room, an enclosed area for dogs, and a well-stocked general store. Large Sequoia trees at Rising River RV Resort provide each site with shade and breathtaking vistas.
Rising River offers RV Sites in addition to The River House. This three-bedroom, one-bathroom home features a spacious country kitchen with a spacious living room and dining area. The residence can accommodate up to eight guests and has four reserved parking spaces. Guests of The River House have access to a team of professionals that are available seven days a week to suit their needs.
All personnel present at the time of the transfer were retained. Guests can rely on pleasant and recognizable faces to continue providing excellent customer service. As a thank you for their service, the military and first responders can receive 10% off the daily cost by showing their ID at check-in.
The Rising River RV Resort & River House is situated near Interstate 5, allowing for easy access on and off the interstate. The Oregon Coast, Crater Lake, Washington, and California may all be reached within a day’s drive.
