Cobalt International Energy (NYSE:$CIE) has received another continued listing standard notice from the New York Stock Exchange, causing its stock to fall to a new low of $0.36 per share.
As of Nov. 13, CIE’s 30-day average closing price was $0.95, according to the Exchange. This violated the company’s listing standard, which requires their trailing 30-day average closing share price to be $1 per share or more.
Last week, CIE received its first warning from the NYSE that its shares had dropped below its $50M minimum market cap threshold.
