Net Element CEO Joins CoinBoost Advisory Board – Company Stock Jumps 58%

The Net Element CEO  (NASDAQ:NETE), Oleg Firer, has joined the advisory board of CoinBoost. The announcement led to a 58% boost in the company’s stock prices.

Today, Firer will be joining the press conference following the official launch of CoinBoost. CoinBoost is the first provider of smart contracts that address GRP (Governance Rights and Privileges) risks. The alliance will soon be launching its own crypto token, along with multiple services that will be aimed at enhancing liquidity and garnering connections between ICOs and investors.

Net Element, already involved in several instances of blockchain technology, is a technology-driven group that specializes in mobile payments and supporting companies with electronic payments, e-commerce, and mobile devices. Net Element joined with cryptocurrency company Bunker Capital and later held a private placement with the funds used to fully integrate blockchain into Net Element’s structure.

Net Element also recently joined the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, which works on building, promoting, and supporting Ethereum-based technology best practices, open standards, and open-source reference architectures.

The CoinBoost co-founder Andreea Porcelli spoke positively of the addition of Firer to CoinBoost’s advisory board:

He brings a distinctive perspective to the event, drawing on the innovations he is advancing at Net Element and his leadership role in a variety of businesses and organizations including Star Capital and the Eastern Caribbean Blockchain Association.”

Porcelli isn’t the only one who’s pleased. On the market today, Net Element is a hot mover. At the time of writing, Net Element’s stock is selling for $9.66. This puts the stock up for the day by $3.55, or 58.10%, compared to the previous closing price of $6.11. The day’s trading has so far ranged between $7.01 and $9.75, compared to the 52-week trading which has ranged between $2.60 and $33.51.
