360 Blockchain Inc. (CSE:CODE) just announced that its media platform, Pressland, has chosen the Token Agency as its marketing partner for its initial coin offering (ICO).
Token Agency was founded back in January 2017 by blockchain pioneer Rob Behnke. The serial entrepreneur and his company provide services to crypto and blockchain startups to help launch their ICOs.
Pressland’s CEO, Jeff Koyen, commented on the partnership in the official press release and said:
“To run a successful token sale, it’s critical to communicate your project’s mission, goals and value proposition. This is no simple task in the buzzy world of crypto and blockchain. In under two years, Token Agency has proven itself a leader [in] the very competitive space of blockchain marketing agencies, and we’re grateful for this opportunity to work with them.”
Pressland, the ‘Yelp’ for Media
360’s Pressland was founded back in 2014 and was deemed the ‘Yelp for Media.’ Pressland will be re-launching this year as a blockchain-powered enterprise and seeks to fight ‘fake news’ and misinformation.
The details of the token sale are not yet out to the media, but they should become available next month.
“We maintain a very selective client roster,” said Behnke in the press release. “But I’ve known Jeff Koyen for years in the crypto community, and I believe in Pressland’s mission to bring trust and transparency to the media. We’re thrilled to be part of this token event.”
360 Blockchain Inc. and Token Agency are discussing further opportunities to collaborate. Token Agency is looking into other marketing partnerships with the other 360 portfolio companies.
Pressland has had a busy month; last week Pressland announced a tie-up with Membit Inc. Membit is behind the augmented reality (AR) photo-sharing app.
360’s stock closed the market in the green today, following today’s collaboration announcement. CODE closed the market yesterday at $0.06 a share and opened today at $0.08. CODE closed today’s market at $0.07 a share, up $0.01 (7.69%).
