Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (OTC:$PKKFF) announced today that its Chinese subsidiary, Asia Synergy Data Solutions (ASDS), has added Tao Ding and Tao Zhang to their management team. Ding and Zhang are two former managers from Temasek Holdings
Temasek is a diversified investment company, located in Singapore, with its total assets equating over $195 billion (USD). Their investment focus is on financial services and technology, with a geographical focus in Asia, although the company does have assets located on most continents.
Ding was with Temasek from 2009 to 2014, developing and implementing Temasek’s investment risk analysis model for the Chinese financial services market. Ding also helped the company in developing funding relationships with more than a dozen banks for Temasek’s Chinese operations. Zhang was last with Temasek in 2011, helping to develop financial products for the Chinese market and manage the company’s relationships with local Municipal Financial Affairs Offices.
Both Ding and Zhang will bring valuable experience and strong relationships to ASDS.
