Photon Control Inc. (TSXV:$PHO) has announced a change in management.
Photon Control has added several new members to its management team, as part of the earlier restructuring of the company. These changes were done in the hopes of ensuring a smooth transition to its new factory, integrating the former Photon Control R&D Ltd., and making sure profitably meets its growing customer demand. Both the move and integration were achieved having customer and ISO certifications in place, and since doing so, Photon Control has reported record revenue and backlog.
Along with the on-target restructuring, Photon Control has also announced that its Chief Operating Officer, Paul Hellebrekers, has resigned for personal reasons.
“We would like to thank Paul for joining the company earlier this year and for the very important contributions he made to the success of our restructuring,” said Scott Edmonds, Chief Executive Officer.
