The Board of Directors for Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE:AHT) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share for the company’s common stock for the fourth quarter, ending on December 31, 2017. The dividend has an annual rate of $0.48 per share and will be payable on January 16, 2018.
The Board also declared a dividend of $0.5281 per diluted share for the company’s 8.45% Series D Cumulative Preferred Stock for the fourth quarter, ending on December 31, 2017. This dividend has an annual rate of $2.1125 per share and will be payable on January 16, 2018.

Lastly, the Series I Cumulative Prefered Stock fourth quarter dividend is $0.229167, ending December 31, 2017. It will have an annual rate of $1.875, and will be payable on January 16, 2018.
