TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Platinex Inc. (CSE:PTX) announces the resignations of Mr. Walter Henry as President, CEO and director and Mr. Tom Hussey as director with immediate effect. Mr. James R. Trusler, Chairman and director of the Company has assumed the role of interim CEO.  

Mr. Trusler stated, “I would like to thank Mr. Henry and Mr. Hussey for their service to the Company over several years and in particular for moving the Company’s cannabis investment strategy forward to the next level.”
