Immunoprecise Antibodies Ltd. (TSX-V:IPA) has entered an agreement to acquire Preclinics GmbH, a private company based in Potsdam, Germany, which performs in-vivo research in rodent models and in-vitro research in cell culture and other in-vitro formats. The purchase price is 2.3 million euros.
