Rent-A-Center, Inc. (NASDAQ:RCII) has promoted Chris Crocker and Andy Bittinger.
Both Crocker and Bittinger have been with the company for a long time. Croker started as District Manager in 2005. He worked his way up and has now become the Executive Vice President of Rent-A-Center’s AcceptanceNOW business. ANOW is a series of rent-to-own kiosks that are located in third-party stores.
Bittinger has been promoted to Crocker’s old position, the Divisional Vice President of ANOW. He started with the company back in 2000 as a store manager.
The company is thrilled about the promotions and the progress of its employees.
“Chris’s track record of leading people and delivering strong results makes him the ideal person to lead our AcceptanceNOW operations,” said Joel Mussat, COO of Rent-A-Center.
Crocker spoke of Bittinger, praising his “extensive knowledge of the ANOW business model and successful experience from his years as Regional Director.” Croker believes Bittinger “will help lead ANOW into the future.”
