Nathalie Bourque will be The Hydropothecary Corporation (TSXV:$THCX) Board of Directors, according to the company. The appointment was announced on Thursday, October 5th.
The company cited Bourque’s expertise in public affairs and communications for finance and capital markets. Bourque currently serves on the board of director for three separate institutions, Héroux-Devtek (TSX:$HRX), Alimentation Couche-Tard (OTC:$ANCUF), and McGill University. In addition, she currently is the Quebec Chair of Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
She also worked at CAE Inc. (NYSE:$CAE), serving as Vice President. Her sectors included public affairs and global communications. Prior to her work at CAE, she was a partner at NATIONAL public relationships. There, she worked with clients in multiple industries, including aerospace, finance, entertainment, and bio-pharmaceuticals.

The appointment is still subject to the approval of TSX Venture Exchange.
