Silver Bull Resources Inc (TSX:$SVB) has released impressive drill results from the Sierra Mojada project in Coahuila, northern Mexico, which include 25.5 meters of 294 g/t silver and 0.96% copper. The drilling was part of the company’s recently announced 2,000-metre drill program.
Another mining company, Alexandria Minerals Corp. (TSX-V:$AZX), has also released drill results for its flagship project in Quebec. Of the results, one drill hole intersected 2.06 g/t gold over 77.35 meters, while another intersected 3.41 g/t gold over 25.6 meters. The next step is to wrap up the processing of remaining drill core from the summer drill program to incorporate these data into a new resource estimate.
Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:$PE) has executed a memorandum of understanding with Tenova Advanced Technologies Ltd. and Takraf USA Inc. to design, build and operate a pilot plant to demonstrate the viability of a patented lithium brine extraction and processing technology. The pilot plant is the next major step in developing Pure Energy’s Clayton Valley project in Nevada as the world’s most efficient and environmentally friendly lithium production facility.
Cronos Group Inc (TSX-V:$MJN) has entered a five-year distribution agreement for its Peace Naturals-branded cannabis products with German pharmaceutical manufacturer and supplier G. Pohl-Boskamp GmbH. Germany is currently the largest legal cannabis market in the world.
In the third quarter ended September 30, Atalaya Mining PLC (TSX:$AYM) produced 10,679 tonnes of copper, compared with 8,752 tonnes in the same quarter last year. This was also higher than the 9,058 tonnes produced in the previous quarter.
